In this process, liver stains and moles are photographed with the computer-microscope (FotoFinder®) and analyzed. This method offers a very high diagnostic safety and can judge the course of pigmented skin changes and liver stains well.
Even the smallest changes are visible, which is why skin cancer and its precursors are detected as early as possible. In later investigations, we also access these findings in order to make a comparison. Unnecessary operations and scars can be safely avoided.
We recommend that you have a complete check of the skin once a year from the age of 18. This is especially true for people with many liver stains and pigments. We do this screening private, which is why the costs are not covered by statutory health insurances. Private health insurances completely refund the costs of skin cancer screening.
The fee is calculated individually according to GOÄ and depends on the expenditure.
